Office Manager 

Susan is our Office Manager, and excels in communication and organizational skills. These talents, along with her sincere desire to assist, and her high standards, provide you with the best customer service. Susan handles all of the administrative responsibilities in marketing our listings. She monitors advertising and showing activity and works directly with agents to provide them what they need on a moment's notice.

Peter joined our team, because like us, he is committed to helping people. His goal as a Buyers Specialist is to find ways to make our clients' dream of homeownership become a reality. With the inventory quickly changing, our buyers appreciate working with a Buyers Specialist who makes it a priority to see what is out there so that no time is wasted touring unsuitable properties. Jill Vespa, comes to us with 18 years experience at the Inn at Essex, where she was the Director of Operations. Jill lives in Essex with her husband and three children and is a very active hockey mom. She chose real estate because she finds homes extremely fascinating and turned her hobby into a career. Samantha Mathieu
Closing Coordinator 

Samantha oversees the transaction from contract to closing. Samantha will be your point of contact once your contract is accepted. She manages every contractual detail, including inspections, financial arrangements and legal preparations. Samantha is experienced in handling closings and post-sale follow up, so you can be assured that everything will be handled in a most professional manner. Administrator/Team Courier 

Patti Jasmin is part of our admin team. You may hear from her when she calls to let you know she is dropping off materials to you or taking pictures of your home when needed.
